Las Vegas (KSNV) — The man arrested in connection with a deadly hit-and-run crash that left a woman from Kansas dead on New Year’s has made his first court appearance.
77-year-old Edward Dias of Pomona, California, appeared in a local court on Friday, where a judge set his bail at $100,000.
