FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP, CARBON COUNTY(WBRE/WYOU) — Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) say an Allentown man was charged in connection with a fatal New Year’s Day crash on Thursday.
Officials say the crash occurred near mile marker 76.2 on Interstate-476 early Thursday morning, January 1, just before 3:30 a.m.
