GENESEE COUNTY, MI — A 36-year-old Clio man has been charged with two counts of attempted murder after allegedly pointing a gun at a family’s vehicle and then striking it during a road rage incident.
Tony Charles Lesperance, who was arraigned on Dec. 17, allegedly sent the family’s vehicle into the median along I-75 on Dec. 13.
