Mayor Aftab Pureval said the entire city is grieving the shooting death of an 11-year-old at a West End playground and pledged “unmitigated support” to find those responsible.
Meanwhile, some council members want answers from the administration on how recent public safety dollars have been spent and whether city-owned security cameras have been installed in the neighborhood.
