PRINCETON, Ind. (WEVV) — A man was arrested after allegedly skipping out on a restaurant bill in Gibson County.
Authorities reported that on January 3, 2025, Derek Scott Jones, 44, was taken into custody behind a dumpster at ProRehab near Denny’s Restaurant on South State Road 57.
Jones was identified by employees at Denny’s as the suspect in a dine-and-dash incident, said the Gibson County Sheriff’s Office. He was also linked to similar incidents at Lupe’s and Applebee’s the previous day…
