An Antioch police sergeant was injured after a driver believed to be under the influence struck him while he was sitting in his vehicle, according to the police department.
Around 1 a.m. Friday, officers responded to a single-vehicle crash near the intersection of A and West 10th streets, according to the Antioch Police Department. After the crash, officers stayed on the scene in their vehicles to prevent traffic from entering the intersection.
