Juveniles charged after Boys & Girls Club Way shooting

WORCESTER — A pair of 17-year-old juveniles have been arrested following a joint investigation into a September shooting on Boys & Girls Club Way, authorities said.

Detectives with the Worcester Police Department said one of the juveniles is facing charges connected to the shooting, as well as gun possession, while the second juvenile faces drug and ammunition charges.

According to police, the arrests stem from an investigation led by the department’s Detective Bureau, with assistance from the Crime Gun Unit and Gang Unit. During the course of that investigation, the Crime Gun Unit worked with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and the U.S. Postal Inspection Service on a separate probe into illegal gun possession and manufacturing involving the same shooting suspect and another juvenile…
