The city of Plano recently celebrated the groundbreaking of a $750 million mixed-use development on the historic Haggard Farm property in December, marking a new chapter for one of Plano’s last large development sites.
The development’s first phase will introduce retail space, multifamily residences, 100 townhomes and an extensive trail system. At full buildout, the project will include a 125-key boutique hotel, 650,000 square feet of office space, 100,000 square feet of retail, and 700 multifamily units.
