NEBRASKA CITY — Police investigated a Subaru that became stuck on the Union Pacific railroad crossing on Central Avenue at 1:58 a.m. on New Year’s Day.
According to radio traffic, the driver attempted to turn north at the tracks without realizing there was no roadway in that direction. All four tires of the Subaru went over the edge of the concrete surface.
Union Pacific placed a hold on the tracks from 2:15 a.m. to 2:50 a.m. while the situation was addressed…
