MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas (CW39) – The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) and the Montgomery County Narcotics Enforcement Team (MOCONET) have just wrapped up a targeted investigation into the alleged illegal sale of THC vape pens to minors at several local smoke shops.
Investigators say the operation began after they received multiple calls about four locations operating as Fun Kosh Smoke Store.
MCSO said that on December 9, 2025, undercover deputies confirmed THC vape pens were sold to underage buyers at all four locations. The stores are located at:
- 24980 U.S. Highway 59 in New Caney
- 6267 Waukegan Road in Conroe
- 203 West Davis Street in Conroe
- 715 East Davis Street in Conroe
