SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – The chili competition at Altered Species Ales in Sioux Falls is back and underway for a third year, with one chili recipe being crowned the champion at the end of the month.
Every Saturday at Altered Species, four individuals with their own chili recipes will be going head-to-head. The winner of each week will advance to the championship on the 31st.
What started as a bar conversation turned into the first competition a couple of years ago, and now people are lining up to get their chili recipes in the tournament…
