A violent encounter unfolded on New Year’s Eve at a Mesa apartment complex where four people were stabbed amidst what authorities described as a large disturbance. The Mesa Police Department reported to the scene near Gilbert and Broadway roads shortly before midnight, discovering the injured parties not long into the new year. According to KTAR News, the victims, who remain unidentified, suffered stab and cut wounds, with one individual receiving a chest puncture and three others enduring deep lacerations from an undetermined edged weapon.

All four people who were stabbed received medical treatment and are reportedly not facing life-threatening injuries. In the aftermath, Mesa Police detained more than 10 individuals for questioning in an effort to piece together the night’s chaotic events. Mesa Police informed reporters that, “Multiple interviews were conducted with victims, witnesses, and involved parties. However, accounts of the incident were conflicting, and detectives were unable to establish a clear primary aggressor,” thus, no arrests have been made as of the latest updates…
