Albany, New York – A sharp drop in temperatures is expected across eastern New York and western New England tonight, with clearing skies and light winds allowing bitter cold to settle in by late evening and persist into early Monday morning. Some northern and higher-elevation communities are expected to fall below zero, creating dangerous conditions for anyone outdoors.
