GASTONIA, N.C. (WBTV) – A man was arrested this week in connection with a deadly Gastonia crash that killed a passenger in September 2024.
According to court records, Montay Stowe, 19, was charged with misdemeanor death by vehicle, no operator’s license and reckless driving in the death of Demario McCoy. An arrest warrant was issued for Stowe on Dec. 31, 2025.
