FORSYTH COUNTY, N.C. (WGHP) — Anthony Funchess, of Pfafftown, won the $1 million top prize in a second-chance drawing, according to an NC Education Lottery news release.
Funchess found out he won his big prize in the $10 Million Spectacular Second Chance drawing on Dec. 3 when he got a phone call from the lottery.
