TENNESSEE — A pedestrian was killed early Sunday morning after being struck by a vehicle on Interstate 65 North near Rosa Parks Boulevard, according to authorities.
The Metro Nashville Police Department said the incident occurred when a male pedestrian was sitting in the middle of the interstate wearing dark-colored clothing. Police said the pedestrian was struck by a northbound Hyundai Sonata.
The driver of the vehicle, a 19-year-old, immediately stopped and remained at the scene, police said. No charges were immediately announced…
