Twenty young women were honored at the Baton Rouge Symphony League’s annual Bal de la Symphonie at Crowne Plaza on Dec. 20.
The honorees are members of Les Jeunes Amies de la Symphonie, a service organization comprised of daughters and granddaughters of league members. During their four years in high school, the students have completed volunteer service benefiting the BRSO and the Louisiana Youth Orchestra, and have promoted the league’s mission of fostering music education through the league’s summer camp program, Symphony on the Geaux.
