Leroy Glenn Jr., 38, of Gary, is facing multiple felony charges stemming from a December 18, 2025 early-morning shooting at an apartment complex in Gary.
The incident occurred at approximately 3:00 a.m. at an apartment complex in the 400 block of Clark Road. Police were dispatched in reference to a shooting and located a woman seated outside with an apparent gunshot wound to her left calf, including an entry and exit wound.
A witness told police he heard a heated argument outside between the woman and an unknown male over a missing $40. The witness reported observing the male push the woman out of a vehicle before the incident appeared to end. Shortly afterward, the witness stated he heard a single gunshot. When he looked back outside, the woman was crying and injured, and the male suspect had fled the area in a crème-colored sedan with a damaged front bumper.…
