Parachutist crash lands near stands at Armed Forces Bowl

A parachutist crash landed Friday near stands outside the Lockheed Martin Armed Forces Bowl in Fort Worth, Texas, while another landed behind the end zone into netting, according to the San Antonio Express-News.

Six parachutists from the All Veteran Group team attempted to land in Amon G. Carter Stadium prior to the game, with four landing safely on the field. The parachutist who landed in the netting “walked off under his own power, and no one on the field was injured,” a spokesperson told NewsNation, The Hill’s sister network.
