iPhone crash alert directs Olathe police to deadly car accident

OLATHE, Kan. (KCTV) – Two people died Saturday in a crash that is still under investigation, the Olathe Police Department says.

The crash happened around 10:39 p.m. on January 3 at Northgate Street and East Harold Street. Police said an iPhone crash detection notification was what alerted first responders.
