DE SOTO, Kan. (KCTV) – De Soto’s pet licensing program brought in just under $385 last year, and now the city is hitting pause to decide whether it is worth keeping.
The City Council says it approved a 60-day suspension of the annual pet licensing program during its Dec. 18 meeting. The suspension went into effect on Friday, Jan. 2.
