On December 1st, the Shreveport Police Department responded to a shooting at the intersection of Clyde Fant Parkway and Oden Street.
When SPD got to the scene, they located a light blue vehicle that had crashed. Inside the car was an adult Black male, later identified as Michael Allen, who was suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The Shreveport Fire Department responded and transported Allen to the hospital, where he later died from his injuries.
Officers were notified that the driver of the car had left the scene following the crash and fled to his mother’s house in the East Washington area. The driver was later transported to Ochsner LSU Health Shreveport with non-life-threatening injuries…
