An Arizona man is facing serious charges after allegedly stealing iPhones from a Naperville Apple Store, authorities say. According to a Facebook post by the DuPage County State’s Attorney’s Office, Khyree Mosley, 24, of Chandler, Arizona, was charged with one count of Burglary, one count of Retail Theft, and one count of Misdemeanor Fleeing or Attempting to Elude a Police Officer.
DuPage County State’s Attorney Robert Berlin and Naperville Chief of Police Jason Arres reported that Mosley allegedly entered the Apple Store on January 1, 2026, and selected three iPhone 17 Pro Max 1TB phones, leaving without paying for them. Mosley is accused of having then fled in a vehicle, ignoring police signals to stop, which soon became a pursuit involving a Naperville police officer.
