PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – Four young men almost had to be rescued near the mouth of Netarts Bay on New Year’s Day, according to the Netarts-Oceanside Fire District.
Crews received a call for a boat in distress on Thursday. According to the fire district, a drone operator jumped into action and “had eyes on [the boat] within minutes.”
