BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – Birmingham Police confirmed that a 15-year-old boy has been arrested in connection to the city’s first homicide of 2026.
On Saturday, Jan. 3 around 4:54 p.m., police say they were dispatched to the 8000 block of 1st Avenue South to a report of shots fired.
According to police, when they got to the scene, they found 33-year-old Morgan Brown inside of a vehicle with a gunshot wound. Birmingham Fire and Rescue pronounced Brown dead at the scene…
