Feds offer $5K reward for information on murder of 11-year-old at Cincinnati playground

CINCINNATI (WKRC) – Federal authorities are offering a $5,000 reward for information in the killing of an 11-year-old girl who was fatally shot New Year’s Day at a playground in Cincinnati’s West End.

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives announced the reward in the murder of QueenEr’Re Reed, who was shot Jan. 1 at Laurel Playground. Cincinnati police responded around 6:30 p.m. to reports of a shooting near the intersection of West Liberty and John streets.

Reed was taken to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, where she later died from her injuries…
