LONDON, KY – The London Police Department is reporting the arrest of a Winchester, KY man following a traffic stop that led to the discovery of methamphetamine and various prescription narcotics.
The incident occurred on Monday, December 29, 2025, at approximately 9:58 PM. London Police Officer Noah Ritchie initiated a traffic stop on a 2003 red Nissan Altima after observing the vehicle exit Jerry’s Road into a gas station parking lot without using a turn signal.
