Changes appear to be on the horizon for a Memphis restaurant space. Piccadilly To-Go, a quick-service concept that specializes in comfort food, has filed permits to turn the Riverdale Road building that currently houses Fazoli’s into the chain’s next Memphis home, reports Daily Memphian.
The restaurant space in question spans 2806 square feet at 3587 Riverdale Road and has an occupant load of 91. The transition is still in the early stages; the commercial alteration permit filed with the Memphis and Shelby County Division of Planning and Development is still under review. The detailed project description offers a hint as to the extent of work ahead, described as: “Interior remodel of existing “Fazolis” into a fast casual dining “Piccadilly To Go”. Remodel includes addition of floor sinks, relocation of a some plumbing and a type 1 exhaust hood, demo and relocation of 1 interior non structural wall and some minor aesthetic elements”…
