ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) -A man has been charged with a shooting that resulted in a 13-year-old boy being injured.
Davon Kristopher Blair, 33, was charged on Sunday with one count of first-degree assault resulting in serious physical injury, armed criminal action and unlawful use of a weapon.
