The incident was reported to PSP-Media at approximately 12:36 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 5, after a 24-year-old woman told authorities she was sexually assaulted near the Chester Creek Trail, according to the release.
State police identified the location as the area of McDonald Street in Chester City, Delaware County. The victim, a Chester resident, was not further identified.
