AARP Tax-Aide volunteers in Bedford will be available again this year to assist individuals complete their tax returns. Appointments will be scheduled in-person with appointment signups done in the Tharp Room at Bedford Central Library, located at 321 Bridge Street, Bedford. Individuals may sign-up between 9 – 11 a.m. on Jan. 27 and Jan. 29. You may also sign-up by visiting the Tharp Room once tax return preparation is underway, which will begin on Feb. 3 and continue every Tuesday and Thursday morning through April 14.
You should make an appointment for a time when you will have received all your tax documents. Please have a primary and alternate date in mind when you make your appointment. A tax envelope and preparation forms to complete before you return for your appointment will be provided.
You will need to bring your completed Intake and Interview Sheet, along with the preparation forms given to you when you make your appointment placed inside your tax envelope.
