TULSA, Okla. – The Tulsa Fire Department announced the death of Stephen Mixon, an assistant fire marshal who suffered a medical emergency while on duty.
Mixon joined the Tulsa Fire Department in March 1998 and served the city for nearly 28 years, according to the department.
