(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Colorado Springs Fire Department (CSFD) said as of about 8:15 p.m., the fires were mostly out. Crews are remaining on site to take care of hotspots.
The cause of the fires is under investigation.

The Colorado Springs Fire Department (CSFD) said crews are fighting about 10 grass fires along I-25 on the evening of Sunday, Jan. 4.
According to CSFD, on Sunday at around 7 p.m., fire crews were on the scene of multiple grass fires along I-25 between the South Nevada Avenue and West Cimarron Street exits. Later, around 7:30 p.m., CSFD shared that crews on scene estimated there were 10 fires along the stretch of road…
