Newmark announces the Company has arranged the sale and financing of Bucking Horse Apartments, a 322-unit luxury multifamily community in Fort Collins, Colorado.
Newmark Multifamily Capital Markets Managing Directors Courtney Crowder and Jack Kachadurian represented the seller, an affiliate of Equus Capital Partners, in the sale transaction. Vice Chairman Charlie Williams of Newmark’s Debt & Structured Finance Group secured the financing on behalf of the buyer, The Milestone Group.
