ROCKCASTLE COUNTY, Ky. (FOX 56) — The man who was accused of kidnapping 13-year-old Wynter Wagoner is due in court this week.
According to officials, Wagoner disappeared from her foster home in Rockcastle County on Oct. 14, 2025. A Kentucky arrest warrant shows that Christian Delgado, 37, met Wagoner online and allegedly took her to Florida before moving to Maryland.
In the two months Wagoner was missing, her family held prayer vigils, hoping for Wagoner’s safe return.
