In downtown Chattanooga, the block of 19 Patten Parkway has been listed in the National Register of Historic Places since 1980.
That designation alone does not spare the buildings on that block from demolition – and developers based in Nashville have requested the rezoning of that block to make room for a 12-story mixed use development with 266 apartments…
