KNOXVILLE, Tenn — Firefighters responded to a structure fire Sunday afternoon that heavily damaged a workshop and threatened a nearby home in North Knox County.
Rural Metro Fire crews were dispatched at about 4:15 p.m. to the 6300 block of Nicks Road, where they found an outbuilding or workshop fully involved in flames upon arrival. The fire posed an immediate threat to a nearby residence due to the proximity of the structures.
