LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A woman was in court Monday for allegedly overdosing with her two children in the car.
Taquita Robinson, 43, was found unconscious behind the wheel of a car that was stopped in a turning lane on Buechel Bypass late Saturday afternoon, according to court documents.
Officers and EMS found Robinson, who didn’t respond when EMS knocked on the window and yelled for her to open the door of the 2018 GMC Denali she was driving. One of the children unlocked the door so officers could check on Robinson. Police said the car was in “drive” with Robinson was passed out, her foot still on the brake.
