MPD shuts down illegal chop shop, arrests two

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Memphis Police arrested two people accused of operating an illegal chop shop at two residences in Southwest Memphis.

Anthony Burns, 20, has been charged with Burglary, Theft of Property $10,000–$60,000 (three counts), and Chop Shop Law.
