There has been a flurry of development activity happening in Bartlett, with a number of projects set to continue taking shape in 2026.
Construction will continue at the suburb’s first mixed-use development, while a Louisiana-based firm looks to start a luxury apartment project. In addition, an entertainment and restaurant concept is aiming to open in the fall.

Union Depot
Work continues on the roughly $200 million Union Depot, the first mixed-use development in Bartlett.
