Little Rock vice mayor says city “not safer under Mayor Scott” amid mayoral bid

LITTLE ROCK (KATV) — Little Rock Vice Mayor BJ Wyrick (City Director Ward 7) is challenging recent claims by Mayor Frank Scott Jr. that the city has seen a decrease in crime.

Wyrick, who is running for mayor, is going on the offensive and says the city is not safer under Mayor Scott and needs reform and greater investment in public safety.
