HOUSTON — Houston police are investigating a fatal shooting in southeast Houston after a man was found dead in a red car Monday evening.
Lieutenant Larry Crowson with the Houston Police Department said officers were dispatched a little after 7:30 p.m. to South Richey Street near Allen Genoa Road following a report of a shooting victim in a vehicle. When officers got there, they discovered an adult male dead inside the car.
Two other men claimed to have been in the car at the time of the shooting, but officers are still working to determine the exact location of the attack. Crowson said the shooting may have occurred further east on South Richey or possibly even into Pasadena, and police are coordinating with the Pasadena Police Department…
