ST. LOUIS – An overturned tractor-trailer temporarily closed the ramp from eastbound Interstate 70 to the Stan Musial Veterans Memorial Bridge and the express lanes Monday morning.
The truck’s payload—paper and waste products—was scattered along the ramp and the interstate below, and the front-end of the vehicle sustained heavy damage.
Traffic reopened around 10:30 a.m…
