ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) -St. Louis Metropolitan Police Chief Robert Tracy has taken a second job with the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
Chief Tracy will serve as an educational consultant with the college’s Department of Criminology and Criminal Justice Center.
