HSPPR celebrates over 10,000 adoptions in 2025 and more

(PIKES PEAK REGION, Colo.) — On Monday, Jan. 5, the Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region (HSPPR) shared the numbers for 2025, remarking how the stats drive home how powerful the community is.

According to HSPPR, in 2025, the community helped with:

  • 13,290 adoptions
  • 4,583 pets reunited with their owners
  • 8,181 medical rehabilitations
  • 1,661 pets supported through its behavior program
  • 2,604 pets loved and cared for in foster homes
  • 4,852 cruelty investigations
  • 2,457 cats helped through its TNR Program (Trap, Neuter, Return)
  • 16,167 public wellness visits
