WYOMING, MI — The attorney for a man accused of murder in a woman’s Dec. 24, 2023 U.S. 131 traffic death is casting doubt on whether he was driving.
Fernando Ocampo Aguilar, 28, is charged with second-degree murder and other felonies after a 2012 Cadillac sedan crashed and rolled about 3 a.m. on southbound U.S. 131 near 54th Street.
