Suddath invests $5.8 million more into Airport Commerce Center, buys 80.45 acres

The Suddath Cos. acquired more property to develop Airport Commerce Center in North Jacksonville, which a master utility plan filed with city power provider JEA says will comprise four industrial buildings totaling about 2.98 million square feet of space.

The purchase moves Jacksonville-based Suddath another step toward full ownership of the industrial park property.

Subema LLC of Tallahassee sold land Dec. 19 to Suddath subsidiary Airport Commerce Center LLC for almost $5.81 million. The deed was recorded Jan. 2 with the Duval County Clerk of Court.
