Advocates want legal action after man shot and killed by off-duty ICE agent in Northridge

A press conference held on Monday called for legal action after a man in Northridge was shot and killed by an off-duty ICE agent on New Year’s Eve.

The Department of Homeland Security says that the man had a rifle and pointed it at the agent.
