NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – A group of Tennessee lawmakers is exploring the idea of equipping prison guards with body cameras, given recent incidents in the state’s institutions.
The Tennessee Senate’s State and Local Government Corrections Subcommittee convened on Tuesday morning to discuss the current state of the prison system.
