Recently, the team at the SPCA of Petersburg & Colonial Heights in Virginia encountered another troubling discovery. During their routine rounds, staff noticed a simple chip box resting on the sidewalk in the cold morning air.
When faint cries came from inside the box, they immediately realized urgent action was needed.
